Description

30 New North Road is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar stone. It features a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. There are three ranges of sash windows, with the outer two slightly projecting forward. The entrance door has four moulded panels and a fanlight with glazing bars, framed by Tuscan three-quarter columns and a moulded cornice. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay window with round-arched sashes, decorative carving in the spandrels, an entablature, and a blocking course above.
