Description
12 Elmwood Avenue is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar stone. It features a hipped stone slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a band. There are four ranges of sash windows. The entrance includes a door with a fanlight, set within a porch supported by Tuscan columns, complete with a full entablature and a blocking course.
