Description

18 Elmwood Avenue is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar stone. It features a hipped stone slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a band. There are three ranges of sash windows, along with one blocked range. The entrance door is located in a porch supported by Tuscan columns and includes a fanlight, a full entablature, and a blocking course.
