NEWHOUSE PLACE 1. 5113 (West Side) Highfield No 2 SE 1417 28/1049 II 2. Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Pyramidal slate roof with deeply overhanging eaves and fretwork valence. String. Canted corner with one sash and ornamental ocules above. Paired sash on east side with similar ocules above. North side has door with ornamental shaped lintel, one sash and one dormer.
