Description

This is a mid-19th century ashlar building forming part of Belgrave Terrace. It has a pitched stone slate roof and two storeys. A moulded eaves cornice and a band run along the facade. There are three ranges of sash windows. A doorway, with an oblong fanlight enclosed within a stone frame and a segmental pediment, provides access.
