Description

The gatepiers to numbers 51A, 51B, and 51C on New North Road, known as Highfield, date from the mid-19th century. They are constructed from ashlar stone and feature a chamfered design with a circular bulge in the center. Each gatepier is topped with conical caps. There are two pairs of gatepiers and one additional pier at the boundary walls.
