Description

Nos 10 and 11 Percy Terrace form a pair of mid-19th century houses. They are two storeys high with two windows each, constructed of ashlar stone with rustic quoins, moulded plinths, eaves cornices, and moulded architraves to windows and doors. The roofs are slate with coped verges and ashlar chimneys. The windows are sash windows, with No 10 retaining glazing bars; the basement window of No 11 is a casement window. Bracketted hoods shelter the front doors. The front gardens are enclosed by railings.
