Description
8 and 9 Percy Terrace are mid-19th century buildings located on the west side of Percy Terrace. They are two storeys high and each has two windows. The buildings are constructed of ashlar stone with rustic quoins, moulded plinths, eaves cornices, and moulded architraves around the windows and doors. The doors feature bracketed heads. The roofs are covered with slate and have coped verges along with ashlar chimneys. The windows are sash style, with No 8 featuring glazing bars and a ground floor bay window. There are railings in front of the gardens.
