Description
No. 2 Percy Terrace is a Grade II listed building dating from after 1831. It is set back and positioned at a different angle from No. 1. The building has two storeys and features two windows. It is constructed of plain ashlar stone and has a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is slate, with a coped verge on the right and an ashlar chimney. The windows are late glazed sash style, and there is a half-glazed door to the left. The front garden is enclosed with arrowhead railings on a low ashlar wall, which includes four urn finials at the ends of the railings.
