Description

Percy House, dating to the early 19th century, is a two-storey, three-window building. It is constructed of ashlar, featuring a moulded eaves cornice and band. The roof is slated with two ashlar chimneys. The building has glazing bar sash windows. A later central porch has been added, with corner piers, a cornice, a blocking course, and a six-panel door within moulded architraves, with a single window on each side. A rear extension is present, featuring a round-headed window to the south. This building forms part of Percy Terrace and demonstrates group value within that setting.
