Description

Lovaine Place (number 1) is an early 19th-century building of plain ashlar construction. It is two storeys high with two windows. The roof is slate-covered, with a gable end brick chimney on the left side. The windows are glazing bar sash windows. A doorway is located on the left side, featuring marble-lined reveals and a lintel with three painted heads. The doorway now has a modern glazed section. The building is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
