Description

Lovaine Place, number 2, is an early 19th-century building of two storeys and three windows. It is constructed of ashlar with a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is slate, with a brick capped gable end chimney on the left side. The windows are plate glass sashes. The central doorway projects slightly and is channelled, featuring a segmental arch with struck voussoirs and a pilastered doorcase enclosing a six-panel door with a segmental light above.
