Description
Percy Villa is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Percy Terrace. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows. The structure is made of ashlar stone, with the ground floor having a channelled appearance and a cill course above the first floor, topped by a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is slate, with stone and brick capped gable end chimneys. The gable ends are designed as pediments, interrupted by chimneys, which are adorned with blocks featuring circular panels and guttae. The side walls are constructed of rubble with an ashlar tympanum. The building has glazing bar sash windows, including two three-light bays on the ground floor with blocking courses. The central entrance is framed by a segmental arch with voussoirs integrated into the channeling, flanked by engaged fluted Greek Doric columns supporting a moulded lintel. The double doors consist of two fluted panels and two glazed panels. To the north, there is a two-storey annexe with one window, which includes two garage doors and ashlar corner piers.
