Description

4 and 5 Percy Terrace comprise two houses built after 1831. They are two storeys high and have two windows each. The houses are constructed of ashlar, featuring a ground floor cill string and a moulded eaves cornice. They have slate roofs with coped verges and gable end chimneys built of ashlar. The windows are glazing bar sash windows with moulded architraves. Each house has a paired doorway with a large projecting portico consisting of three Tuscan columns on high bases, a cornice, a blocking course, and steps leading to four-panel doors, which incorporate rectangular windows above. The front garden is enclosed by cast iron "figure-of-8" railings supported by ashlar piers.
