Description

The terrace comprises numbers 1 to 5, odd, on Lisburn Street, and includes number 1 Percy Terrace. It was built as part of the Howick Street development after 1831. The terrace is two storeys high, with two windows per property, except for number 5, which has an angled return fronting onto Percy Terrace. The construction is ashlar with a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is slate with raised verges, hipped to the Percy Terrace section, and five ashlar chimneys. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, with moulded architraves and cill blocks; number 3 has modern casement windows. The doorways are located to the right of each property, with number 1 Percy Terrace having a door on the left. Numbers 3 and 5 have modern doors, while numbers 1 Lisburn Street and 1 Percy Terrace have six-panel doors.
