Description

Bali Hai, located at No. 3 Percy Terrace, was built after 1831. This two-storey building features two windows and is constructed of ashlar stone. It has a moulded eaves cornice with modillion blocks. The plate glass sash windows are framed with moulded architraves. The plain doorway has a shallow block pediment and a door that is mostly glazed. The front garden has railings similar to those at No. 2. The roof is covered with slate.
