Description

This building is part of the Howick Street development, dating from after 1831. It is a two-storey, two-window structure built with ashlar, featuring a moulded eaves cornice. The slate roof has a brick chimney. The east gable end is finished with a modest pediment and a returned eaves band. Modern casement windows and a new door unfortunately detract from the original appearance, and the building is listed primarily for its contribution to the wider group value of the area.
