Description

Nos 6 and 7 Percy Street are two-storey buildings constructed after 1830, forming part of the Howick Street development. Each building features three windows and is made of ashlar stone. No 6 has a first-floor cill string and simple eaves cornice beneath a slate roof, which has two chimneys, one of which is made of ashlar. The buildings have glazing bar sash windows, with No 6 also featuring balconies. The entrance doors are four-panel designs, with No 7 having a depressed arch topped by a fanlight.
