Description
Numbers 8 and 9 on Percy Street are part of the Howick Street development, built after 1830, possibly later than some of the other buildings in the area. The structure is two storeys high and features four windows. It is constructed of ashlar stone and has an eaves band beneath a slate roof. There are two brick chimneys on the building. The windows are paired glazing bar sash windows located in the center. On the ground floor, there is a wide depressed arch that leads to three doors: the outer doors have six panels each, while the center door has nine panels and provides access to the rear yard.
