Description

This is a two-storey building comprising numbers 8 to 10 Prudhoe Street, built as part of the Howick Street development after 1831. The building is constructed of ashlar, with a moulded eaves cornice and a slate roof, and features ashlar chimneys. It has sash windows with glazing bars, except for number 8, which has modern casement windows. Numbers 8 and 9 have a cill band. Numbers 8 and 9 feature paired doorways. Number 10 has a wide double door set within a pilastered doorcase.
