Description

Nos 2 and 3 Percy Street are a pair of two-storey buildings, part of the Howick Street development built after 1830. They feature three windows on one side and one on the other, constructed from ashlar stone. The first floor has a cill band, and there is an eaves band beneath the slate roof, which is topped with two brick chimneys. The buildings have glazing bar sash windows. The paired doorways are located off-centre to the left and are topped with a segmental arch. Each doorway has a four-panel door with a segmental light above. There is a plain door with a through passage on the right.
