Description

45 and 47 Bondgate Without are an early 19th-century building of two storeys and three windows. The building is constructed of ashlar, with a band above the ground floor and a moulded eaves cornice. It has a slate roof and one brick chimney. The windows are glazing bar sash windows. The door to No. 45 is situated between two windows on the left side of the facade. It is a six-panel door with a cross-glazed rectangular fanlight. No. 47 features a bayed three-light shop front, slightly off-centre to the right, with a six-panel door on the right side.
