Description

No 1 Hotspur Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. It is constructed of ashlar stone and includes a first-floor cill course and a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is covered with slate and has brick chimneys. The windows are irregularly spaced glazing bar sash windows, and there is a central six-panel door. To the right of the entrance, there is a wide through passage.
