Description
4 and 6 Bondgate Within is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features four windows. The structure is made of ashlar stone, with a channelled design on the ground floor. It has a heavy cill band at the first floor and a band below the chamfered eaves course. The roof is slate, topped with two yellow brick chimneys. The windows are glazing bar sash types, with smaller versions on the second floor, and the ground floor windows have segmental arches with struck voussoirs. The centre of the ground floor projects slightly and features paired doors set under a segmental archway, consisting of four-panelled doors with studded reveals. There is also a rainwater head made of pine, stamped with "Percy Crescent."
