Description

The walls enclosing the yard at the rear of Number 8 Bondgate Within date from the early to mid-19th century and are constructed of ashlar stone. The east wall begins approximately 3 yards from the back of the house and extends to a crenellated corner that is built higher than the rest. The north wall stands about 10 feet high and features a doorway on the right with a four-centred arch head.
