Nos 5 and 7 Bondgate Within are late 18th century to early 19th century buildings. They are two storeys high and have three windows. The exterior is made of yellow coloured ashlar, and the roof is covered with pantiles, featuring stone slate base courses. There is a modern brick chimney located on the right side. The windows are glazing bar sash windows. In the centre, there are paired doorways with flush panelled doors, and the upper panels of the doors are glazed. To the left, there is a doorway leading to Beal's Yard.
