Description
16 Barossa Place is a classic building from the mid-19th century. It is two stories tall with an attic and features four window openings. The exterior is made of ashlar stone with a channelled ground floor. There are two narrow doorways supported by Doric columns and architraved windows on the first floor. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course, along with one large dormer with a pediment above No. 16. The roof is slated.
