Description

3 Barossa Place is an early 19th century, two-storey terrace house with a basement and attic. It originally consisted of three units, featuring rusticated ground floor windows set in arched recesses and fanlight doorpieces. The first floor has eight windows, while there were originally nine. The end house has been altered to include a corbelled octagonal bay. There is one pedimented dormer at number 1 and two canted dormers at number 5, both with slated roofs.
