Description
6, 8, 10 Atholl Street in Perth is a four-storey neo-Georgian terrace built between 1985 and 1988. It consists of three nearly identical blocks, each with four bays on the main elevation facing Atholl Street. The building also features a return with six window bays on Barossa Street, which are spaced more closely together. The ground floor is painted brown, similar to the corner block at Rose Terrace and Atholl Street, while the upper floors are finished with white render. The front and rear elevations have 12-pane timber sash and case windows, and the building has slate roofs with raised copes and gable stacks.
