Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical classical house. Coursed, pink sandstone rubble; cream sandstone ashlar dressings. Base course; dividing band course; cill course to 1st floor windows; cornice and blocking course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway with panelled door and umbrella fanlight; pilastered, corniced doorpiece; single window above and in bays to outer left and right.

12-pane, timber, sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof; mutual, coped, ridge stacks with moulded cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coped rubble boundary walls; replacement railings.
