Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay classical house. Lightly stugged cream sandstone ashlar with channelled ground floor to principal elevation; dividing band course; cornice and blocking course.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway with panelled door and plate glass fanlight; doric columns to corniced doorpiece; single window at 1st floor above and in bays to outer left and right.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof with wallhead stacks and moulded cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995

BOUNDARY WALL AND PEDESTRIAN GATEWAYS: low coped boundary wall to street; pedestrian gateways adjoining house to N and S.
