Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay classical house; single storey wings adjoining. Cream sandstone polished ashlar. Base course, cill course and architraves to 1st floor windows; cornice and balustraded parapet; giant order pilaster quoins.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central bay advanced; arched doorway with panelled door, plate glass fanlight and flanking pilasters; corniced doorcase with doric columns and balustraded parapet forming balcony to single window at 1st floor above. Tripartite windows set in arched panels at ground to outer left and right; single windows at 1st floor above. Single storey wings adjoining to N and S incorporating pedestrian gates: single window and balustraded parapet.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof.

BOUNDARY WALL: low coped boundary wall to street; replacement railings
