Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay near symmetrical, classical house with single storey wing adjoining to N and lower 2-storey wing to S. Cream sandstone polished ashlar to principal elevation; rubble to sides and rear. Base course; eaves course; deep cornice; blocking course.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway; panelled door; geometric-pattern fanlight; single window to 1st floor above; single windows to ground and 1st floors in bays to outer left and right. Single window to single storey wing. 2-storey wing: doorway in bay to right; single window above; canted window to ground in bay to left; single window above.

12-pane, timber, sash and case to ground floor and single storey wing; replacement 2-pane windows to 1st floor and 2-storey wing. Grey slate pitched roof; coped and rendered gablehead stacks.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low, coursed and coped boundary wall to street.
