Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay, near symmetrical classical house; single storey wing to N. Lightly stugged, cream sandstone ashlar. Base course; dividing band course; cill course to 1st floor windows; cornice and blocking course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway to bay 3; panelled door; plate glass fanlight; doric columns to corniced doorpiece; single window above. Single windows in remaining bays and to single storey wing.

Plate glass, timber, sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof; rendered, coped wallhead stack to N; coped mutual stack to S; moulded cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low, coursed and coped boundary wall to street without railings; higher coursed rubble mutual wall.
