Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay classical house. Cream sandstone ashlar. Cornice; blocking course with raised centre; projecting cills.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway with panelled door and plate glass fanlight; advanced corniced doorpiece; single window at 1st floor above and in bays to outer left and right.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof; coped wallhead stacks; moulded octagonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALL: low coped rubble boundary wall to street with replacement steel railings.
