Description

18th century with later alterations. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, T-plan cottage with square-plan, flat-roofed porch to E and lean-to addition at rear (N); adjoins Number 23 (listed separately) to right (E). Harled.

S (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: deep-set, modern timber door in bay to right. Window in each bay to left.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: modern timber door to porch to internal angle to centre; window in left return. Window at ground with small attic window, set to right, to gabled bay to right; gablehead stack above. Window at each floor in bay to left. Deep-set modern timber door with window to right flanking to lean-to projection to outer left.

Replacement timber-framed windows with top-hung upper lights. Modern grey slate roof; corrugated-iron roof to lean-to; stone ridge; stone skews; harled, coped and corniced gablehead stacks uPVC rainwater goods.
