Description

Mid 19th century, incorporating earlier fabric. 2-storey and attic, terraced house. Stugged, painted ashlar to front, rubble to sides and rear, ashlar margins, painted to front. Eaves cornice.

HILL STREET ELEVATION: 2-bay with window to each floor in each bay and door tightly fitted to outer left, panelled door with lattice astragal.

REAR ELEVATION: stair tower projecting to centre with piend-roofed and breaking eaves in towerhead with tall stair windows, flanking fenestration.

Timber 12-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Piend-roofed, slate-hung and flat-roofed dormers. Ashlar coped skews and gablehead stacks (1 brick).
