Description

9-11 Hill Street in Irvine is an early 19th-century terraced pair of three-bay houses that were reconstructed in the later 20th century. The houses are situated on sloping ground and feature a central pend door. They are rendered with base courses and raised margins. The layout of Nos 9-11 includes three bays grouped towards the center, with a door flanked by windows and additional windows above each bay. There is a pend door on the outer right, which has a plate glass fanlight. No 13, also on sloping ground, has a central door flanked by windows and regular window arrangement on the first floor. Each door is accessed by stone steps. The houses have modern glazing, a stone-coped mutual skew, and slate roofs.
