Description

17 Hill Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay terraced house located on sloping ground. The exterior is harled with painted stone margins. The bays are widely spaced, featuring a door on the left that is boarded and has a small-pane letterbox fanlight above it. The house has regular fenestration above and in the flanking bay to the right. The windows are timber sash and case, with 12-pane and 4-pane designs.
