Description

15 Hill Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay terraced house located on sloping ground. The exterior is rendered and lined with painted margins. The front door is positioned to the left and is a flush-panelled design with glazed upper panels. There is a window to the right of the door and one window in each bay on the first floor.

The rear elevation features a substantial two-storey projection with a tripartite window on the first floor. The house has timber sash and case windows, which either have plate glass or a four-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates and has slate-hung piend-roofed dormers. A broad gablehead stack and a beak skewputt are also present.
