Description

Late 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa with iron-railed boundary wall. Rendered, with painted detail; arched doorway (panelled 2-leaf door with fanlight) in pilastered and arched doorcase, canted and crenellated ground floor windows, 1st floor windows break through eaves and have gabled dormer heads. Modern glazing. End stacks; slate roof; rear wing. Modern conservatory on right (south) gable. Boundary wall stepped to slope, topped by decorative cast-iron railings, front gate is particularly elaborate.
