Description
This late 19th century villa is a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay building, part of a nearly identical pair situated side by side. It features a boundary wall with iron railings. The villa is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with painted ashlar and render details. The outer bipartites have timber-trussed gables and barge-boards above the first-floor window heads. The ground floor openings project and are adorned with cast-iron crests. The glazing is modern, and the building has straight skews, end stacks, and a slate roof. The low boundary wall is topped with decorative cast-iron railings, and the original gate is still intact.
