Description

The gates and gate piers at North Drive, Gordonstoun House, date from around 1900. They consist of four gate piers and retaining walls made of square, corniced, rusticated ashlar. Only the central pair of piers has caps and urns. The main carriage entrance is flanked by wide pedestrian entrances. The gates are earlier 20th century wrought iron, with the pedestrian gates set within a decorative wrought-iron screen. The retaining walls are made of coped rubble.
