Description

The gate and gatepiers at Conon House date from the early 19th century. They feature carriage gates that are flanked by pedestrian entrances. The square-plan piers are made of panelled and corniced ashlar. Dwarf walls with cast-iron spear-head railings extend outwards from the piers, and the gates themselves are constructed of cast iron with spear-head uprights.
