Description
31 Wittet Drive in Elgin is a single-storey, three-bay bungalow designed in the Modern Movement style by J and W Witter in 1947. The exterior is finished with white harling. The central entrance is covered by a shallow canopy that extends continuously with the roof, while a shallow projecting window on the left side leads to a verandah. The window on the right of the entrance features a corner that briefly returns along the north elevation. All windows have horizontal metal glazing. The bungalow has coped wallhead stacks and a flat roof.
