2064 Maryhill Road, Glasgow

This building, located at 2064 Maryhill Road in Glasgow, was constructed in 1875 and is designed as an estate house following a double villa plan, possibly linked to the now-demolished Killermont House. It features a Court Revival style with an H-plan layout and advanced, bracketed gable jambs, along with an addition at the rear. The structure is single storey with a central dormer on the entrance front. The exterior is finished in snecked ashlar, with some polished ashlar dressings and intertwined initial plaques. There is a continuous moulding that steps over the windows. The oversailing roof is supported by a central column, creating a porch at the entrance. The building has sash and case windows, with plate glass in the front and glazing bars on the sides and rear. The roof is slate, topped with tall corniced stacks.
