124 Springkell Avenue in Glasgow is a large, asymmetrical two-storey villa designed by W Hunter McNab of Leiper and McNab in 1910. It showcases a Franco-Scots late Gothic style, featuring single and mullioned windows with transoms, some of which have basket-arched openings and small leaded panes. The exterior is made of stugged ashlar coursers with polished dressings, and includes gabled bays, horizontally run skews over the angles, ball finials, and coped stacks. The villa has broad-eaved, steep-pitched roofs covered in green slate, and its asymmetrical elevations feature advanced and recessed bays along with canted windows. Notably, there is a two-bay near-centre gable on the south elevation and a conical-roofed broad circular turret at the southeast angle, with a porch located on the east flank.

Inside, the villa boasts an impressive interior with extensive oak panelling, low-beamed ceilings, carved stone overmantels, and high-quality plasterwork by G Bankart of G Jackson and Sons. The boundary wall complements the villa with stugged coursers, Renaissance balusters, and ball-finialled octagonal gatepiers.
