Description
This is a late 19th century cast-iron drinking fountain located on Alexandra Parade in Glasgow. It was likely produced by one of the nearby foundries. The fountain features a variant design of a common type, with four columns that support an ornate domed top. Below the dome, there is a fountain, and a raised basin is topped with a figure.
