Description

The drinking fountain in Bayswell Park, Dunbar, dates from the later 19th century and is made of ornamental cast iron. It features a small decorative pedestal that supports an elaborately tapering column, which pierces a low basin with a leaf-edged design. Above the basin is an octagonal ring adorned with alternating spouts and floral motifs, culminating in three scrolled stems.
