Dated 1874. 4-storey terrace with mullioned and transomed windows throughout, pair pavilion bays with iron-crested French roofs. On corner site: stone-cleaned yellow ashlar; re-glazed thought still mostly plate glass; slate roofs; steps to close doors; horizontal bands and strings. Detailing continues on flank.
